How do I request a login and what do I get with it?
With "My Supplies" reordering products is easier than ever.
Your "My Supplies" page lists all the products that you have ordered. You can even label products by where or how you use them.
If you don't have a login, please call 513-326-0333 and we can set one up instantly and link it to your order history and account.
Do you carry recycled products?
We carry both OEM and Compatible cartridges. Our Compatible cartridges have an unconditional guarantee of satisfaction. Though some parts of the product may be recycled, all critical parts are brand new. All of our compatible toners are guaranteed to perform as well if not better than the OEM’s.
Why don’t you carry my cartridge in a compatible?
Compatibles are not available for every printer. Also, many compatibles do not pass our quality control specifications. If we carry it, you have confidence in the quality.
Do you buy our empty cartridges back?
We do believe in reusing and recycling, but we do not have a buy back program at this time. If you want to give us your cartridge we will make sure that it is sent to a recycling center. Often we just bring empties to churches or schools that use them as a fundraiser.
I don’t see my printer, do you carry it?
We probably do, just call us up and we will add it to your “My Supplies” page. Easy Peezy, Lemon Squeezy.
Do you make the cartridges yourself?
No, while those drill and fill operations are still around, we do not do that. Our products are sourced from some of the top suppliers from all over the world.
